The Twin State Mutual Aid Fire Association is the coordinating agency for fire and emergency medical services operations in 24 towns in Grafton and Coos Counties, New Hampshire, and Orange  and Caledonia Counties in Vermont.

Dispatching duties are handled by the Grafton County Sheriff's Department located in North Haverhill, New Hampshire.
